If any attempt to disturb is detected during your booking, we will have to cancel your reservation and you'll need to vacate our property. Police will be notified and a $ 1,000$ fee will be charged to your account. Minimum age: The guest responsible for the reservation and verified owner of the Airbnb account must be over 21. We may ask for ID verification before your arrival. Respectful Behavior: Please treat our home with the same respect you would treat your own. Be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Strict No-Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free community. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, in parking areas, at the pool, and in all common spaces. No exceptions will be made. Violations of this policy are subject to a minimum fine of $1,000 and may result in immediate termination of the stay. No-Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances. Bringing animals into the property without prior written authorization will result in a minimum fine of $500 and may lead to cancellation of the reservation. Package Delivery Policy: Guests must request guidance before scheduling any deliveries. We strongly advise against using USPS, as it may result in undeliverable or unretrievable packages. We are not responsible for any packages delivered before check-in or after check-out. Guest Limit: The reservation is for the number of guests specified in your booking. Please inform us if there are any changes to the guest count. Cleanliness: Please keep the space tidy during your stay. We don't charge a cleaning fee in front of your booking. However, any significant cleaning issue that leads to an additional cleaning cost will be requested after your checkout. Appliances and Amenities: Feel free to use all appliances and amenities provided. Please follow any specific instructions outlined in the amenities rules. Safety: For your safety and security, please ensure all windows and doors are locked when leaving the property. Report any issues promptly.
