If you are seeking a venue for loud music or gatherings, this is not the place. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and a requirement to vacate the property. A $1,000 "No Party" fee will be charged. Prohibited Items: Weapons and illegal drugs are strictly forbidden. Alcohol is permitted, but excessive drunkenness will not be tolerated. No Smoking: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Violators will incur a $400 per day penalty. Parking: Please avoid parking in numbered spaces. We had a really nice stay. The host was very consistent with communicating with us whenever we had issues. Great location, the home was very clean and felt welcoming. We would stay here again.
