This place is an amazing stay! It is a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in a great area. Very tastefully decorated, spacious (huge laundry room and bathroom!), kitchen was the perfect set up and had everything we needed. The bed and couch are also super comfortable! The apartment complex itself is also wonderful - access to the pool, workout facilities and conference rooms to take my work calls. No issues, exceeded expectations! Excellent communication, very responsive and helpful to answer all questions. 10/10 host!

The apartment and location was amazing, had everything you need to feel at home and the kitchen was well equipped to have a night in and cook. The view was very nice over looking the pool area. All the amenities was definitely a plus. Only issue we had was the road construction into the apartment changed everyday but nothing to do with the hoster. The parking there is great as well never had an issue parking right at the entrance door.

Me and my family stayed here from Sunday to Friday and I had the most enjoyable time ever. The home was easy to find, just as pictured, and was so lovely. We had gotten instructions. for check in before arriving which made it super easy to get inside. The home is two floors with all bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There are 3 bathrooms which was SO convenient as there were 4 of us staying there. Everything was very clean and well put together. There were ample towels, wash cloths, and soap in. every bathroom. The host even left laundry pods to wash clothes in the laundry room on the second floor. Everything we needed was there, such as every single kitchen utensil you could think of. If you are celebrating a bday, please have a lighter or matches because the stove is electric, but we were able to make due.. I loved the backyard and enjoyed sitting out there to catch some sun. Very cozy/spacious. I wish I lived there LOL. 30 mins from Universal and close to everything else. Thanks host <3

My husband and I had an amazing stay. The host was very responsive when they were needed the apartment looks exactly like it’s listed it’s super clean and comfortable ambiance. The area is very quiet and peaceful and there are plenty of restaurants near by. The pool area was beautiful and the gym on site was used as well. I would recommend this listing for a long or short stay. Thank you guys for allowing us to experience your beautiful place. We look forward in staying in your apartment again in the future.

The condo was exactly as described and even better in person. The host was very helpful and was very prompt in responding! There were 3 of us, and we were very comfortable and did not feel like we were on top of each other. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again or any other properties from Jax Digital Media! I would trust their quality and believe I was getting what I saw in their ads.

I stayed here for over a month and loved the convenience of the location — it’s close to everything you could possibly need. Overall, a great spot that I would highly recommend for any type of stay. The host was wonderful and maintained excellent communication throughout my time here.

we were here for a funeral. the place was just as described. very clean and nice. very nice neighborhood. The neighborhood is beautiful and very peaceful. we will be booking again in the near future.

Awesome stay! Nice quiet neighborhood. AC works great! Maybe a little too great lol was a tad chilly downstairs but wasn’t a huge issue. And Master shower was super slippery, but other than that it was a great.

The space was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and cozy. The location was perfect, too—close to [local attractions/shops/restaurants] but still quiet enough to relax after a busy day. Our host was fantastic and always quick to respond. I would definitely come back next time I’m in the area.
