The condo was exactly as described and even better in person. The host was very helpful and was very prompt in responding! There were 3 of us, and we were very comfortable and did not feel like we were on top of each other. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again or any other properties from Jax Digital Media! I would trust their quality and believe I was getting what I saw in their ads.

I stayed here for over a month and loved the convenience of the location — it’s close to everything you could possibly need. Overall, a great spot that I would highly recommend for any type of stay. The host was wonderful and maintained excellent communication throughout my time here.

we were here for a funeral. the place was just as described. very clean and nice. very nice neighborhood. The neighborhood is beautiful and very peaceful. we will be booking again in the near future.

Awesome stay! Nice quiet neighborhood. AC works great! Maybe a little too great lol was a tad chilly downstairs but wasn’t a huge issue. And Master shower was super slippery, but other than that it was a great.

The space was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and cozy. The location was perfect, too—close to [local attractions/shops/restaurants] but still quiet enough to relax after a busy day. Our host was fantastic and always quick to respond. I would definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

Wonderful stay! The house was spacious, very clean, and had a smart TV which was a nice touch. The condo amenities were excellent—especially the pool, which we really enjoyed. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to assist us. Highly recommend!

I have stayed in one of these properties and am very satisfied. It is close to stores and restaurants and close enough to Mayo Clinic to make my appointments on time. Everything is spotless and the beds are comfortable. If I need another overnight in the area, this is my first stop on Air BNB,

The townhouse was clean and orderly. The rooms were comfortable, each space arranged with a silent devotion to comfort. Upstairs, the bedrooms invited repose. Soft linens, drawn tight, beckoned to weary travelers.
