This space was perfect for our week of appointments and surgery at Mayo Clinic. It’s conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and the hospital. The condo is safe, well maintained, and extremely quiet and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and will rebook if we need follow up appointments or to be in the area. Thanks for a great experience! It made a stressful week much more enjoyable!

I was in town for surgery. I needed a clean local place in Jacksonville with an elevator and kitchen. We had a little glitch at the beginning with the cleaning girls still be there check in time and the shower door sticking. Jax Media was very responsive and offered to help with the situations. I did appreciate that but didn’t want people in there doing repairs while I was preparing for surgery. I needed a clean more sterile environment and people can have illnesses, germs that I needed to avoid so I said no. I also asked for early entry and was told I could do that for an additional $75 which I get doesn’t sound like much but in the end didn’t make sense because the cleaning staff was still there at 4 pm check in time. But anyways, overall I recommend the apartment if you are staying in Jacksonville for a stay. I didn’t get to use the pool or other amenities because I couldn’t but they looked nice.

Perfect little spot in Jacksonville! The condo was very clean and cozy. Easy to come and go with the key fob, and the location was perfect for being close to lots of things to do around Jacksonville. The hosts were communicative, gave plenty of instructions, and made sure it really felt like home. Highly recommend for future guests!!

This is my second stay with Jax Digital Media. Their properties are spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped to feel just like home. This unit was private, extremely well maintained, and offered a great view with excellent amenities. Truly a wonderful experience again!

Close to my workplace in Gate Parkway (I could walk on sidewalk) and very neat and comfortable. I cooked breakfasts most days and used the weight room which was not too crowded. Very responsive host. Would stay again

This is a really nice place and felt really spacious, it had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked too, even had some basic spices too. My husband appreciated the convenience of having the same remote controls for both TV’s!

Casa bem confortável, limpa e com toda estrutura para uma excelente estadia. Estavamos com 2 crianças pequenas que aproveitaram bastante tanto a casa, quanto a area comum do condominio(piscina) Anfitriao muito solicito, respondendo aos questionamentos com agilidade e rapidez. Mercado(Target) e mall com lojas multimarcas bem proximos. Auto check in e check out(pratico) Indico e voltaria a me hospedar.
